Since I was engaged in cemented carbide industry in 2006, I have long recognized that cemented carbide is my lifelong career.            

Thirteen years of sales career experience is not a lot of frustrations, the most painful problem is that the sample to provide to the customer is qualified, the later production of the same product is a lot of bad, which makes me understand that to ensure the quality of our own grasp the principle of production. Through years of consolidation and practice of learning and practice, in May 2017 I finally had the dream of the alloy factory, and in a short time the successful production of high-quality products to start sales, most to my comfort is that my products have been well received by customers.            

It is also important for me to be stable in quality and to pay attention to credit. I not only want to make a high cost price product to meet the customer's needs, but also to be honest with each customer. I firmly believe that every step in an honest attitude will surely lead to long-term win-win cooperation.            

My dream is to lead the team to build a well-known and trustworthy enterprise. The first factory is just the beginning, and my goal is far more than that. I firmly believe that this day is not far away.
